Puzzle Club Memberships

Each box contains a selection of jigsaws curated by the Anthology Puzzles team to match the membership package you have selected.

Every box is guaranteed to have our monthly Collector's Edition Shaped Jigsaw along with any others included with your membership, always meeting the minimum quantity of puzzles and total number of pieces stated. We try to include at least one exclusive Anthology Artist design with each box.

Examples:

Standard Box: 1x A5 Shaped Jigsaw, 2x A7 Jigsaws.

Big Box: 1x A4 Jigsaw, 1x A5 Shaped Jigsaw, 1x A6 Jigsaw, 1x A7 Jigsaw.

Mega Box: 1x A3 Jigsaw, 1x A4 Jigsaw, 1x A5 Shaped Jigsaw, 2x A7 Jigsaws

Member boxes are shipped in the first week of each month using ground shipping to help keep your charges to a minimum.

Your membership includes access to a member-only product area where you can enjoy exclusive items are have not yet been released to the public. Examples include jigsaws signed by the artist, discounted items and limited edition releases.

Member discounts on our regular products will be automatically applied at checkout.

You must be logged-in to access discounts and the member area.

You will receive an email containing a link to your membership portal. This portal allows full control of your membership including skipping a month, changing your details and cancellation. If you have any difficulties you can reach out to us.

A Puzzle Club Membership is a great gift idea! If you are buying the membership for someone else, please note the following:

• Annual memberships are the best option as there is no recurring payment and shipping is free.
• If you want to gift to be a surprise, enter your own email address when checking-out but ensure the name and delivery address belongs to the intended recipient.
• Once the recipient is aware of the gift, use the member portal to update to their email address. We can also do this for you on request.

Don't want to keep your jigsaws? Puzzle Club members can benefit from our buy-back program where we give you gift cards when you return unwanted puzzles. You will receive gift cards to the following value:

• A7/S7: Not accepted
• A6/S6: $4
• A5/S5: $7
• A4/S4: $12
• A3/S3: $20

To initiate a return please contact us with a list of the puzzles you plan to send back so we can provide full details and confirm the value.

Returns are only accepted for jigsaws you have personally purchased and they must be in nearly-new condition with no damage or missing pieces.
