Large custom jigsaws measure approximately 38x28cm. You have a choice of piece counts, with higher counts resulting in smaller pieces. 350 pieces is the most popular option.

We suggest a minimum resolution of 150ppi for large puzzles. A high-quality smartphone photo should be suitable but images copied from social media etc will not work. We will contact you before production in the event of any concerns about image quality.

Please ensure you have the rights to your image (or permission from the owner) before uploading.

When you select a theme, we will add the displayed themed pieces to your puzzle cut pattern.

65 piece puzzle - 2 themed pieces

350 piece puzzle - 8 themed pieces

600 piece puzzle - 16 themed pieces

Please allow up to 14 days for production.

If your order is urgent get in touch using the chat function and we will do our best to meet your timeline.

We do not accept returns for custom jigsaws unless they arrive damaged. If this is the case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.
