ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 14 days to process your order as many of our puzzles are made to order. Expect an email to let you know when your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - We do not currently offer store pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: We ship for free to all UK addresses using the most cost effective means. Rush shipping may be available but please contact us prior to ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping most locations. Prices and timeframes will be shown at checkout and in most cases exclude any import duties and taxes imposed by the delivery country.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Please see our Refund Policy for more details. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at uk@anthologypuzzles.com.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
