Mini Jigsaws Subscription

Your box will contain the selected jigsaw(s), with each one presented in a drawstring bag with optional magnetic box upgrade.

The exact puzzle design is a surprise each month, but we give you a choice of theme. Most jigsaws include themed pieces.

Selecting the Random theme means we will pick a design for you. We try to keep these varied.

Themes can be updated anytime via your account.

Upon checkout you will immediately be granted access to the Member Area, which offers a place to record each completed puzzle, compete against your friends for the best time and get special deals including 20% off custom and retail designs.

Enjoyment is guaranteed, so if you don't like the image we will refund the cost of each puzzle you don't like, minus shipping, in the form of a gift card. Please note that the puzzle must be returned in as-new condition at your expense.

It's easy to manage your subscription. Just log in to your account and select the "manage subscriptions" button.

Many subscribers like to frame their completed puzzles or share them with friends. If you prefer to enjoy the jigsaw once and then won't use it again, try our Returns Programme:

You can return any complete, undamaged subscription jigsaws to us and get gift vouchers to value of 20% of the subscription, helping to offset the subscription cost.

To initiate a return please use the chat feature so we can provide a quote. It is usually better value to return multiple jigsaws at the same time.

Note:

• Jigsaw must be in original packaging with no damage or missing pieces.
• All pieces must be separated so we can easily count them on receipt.
• Gift voucher will be issued once jigsaw has been received and checked.
• We accept no responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
