• The ideal image quality is at least 150dpi. We will always notify you before production if there are quality concerns.
• Screenshots are not usually of high enough quality to be used, except on very small jigsaws.
• Please ensure you own the rights to your image (or have permission from the owner) before uploading.

• Tim makes every jigsaw to order, so please allow up to 14 days for production, especially during holiday seasons.
• If your order is urgent, get in touch using the chat function and Tim will do his best to meet your timeline.

• Avoid images with large areas of the same colour (eg lots of sky or grass) and those with white backgrounds as it makes the jigsaws extremely challenging.
• Bold and bright colours with lots of variation produce the best jigsaws.
• Ribbon cut jigsaws will have a looser fit than hand-designed ones due to the square pieces all meeting at a single point in each corner. This is why they are not offered with larger piece counts.

Returns are not accepted for custom jigsaws unless they arrive damaged. If this is the case, please make contact within 48 hours of delivery.

• The red border on the upload preview represents a 'danger zone' where you image may be cropped during cutting. Avoid having any important detail in this area.
• Colours on your printed image may differ from what you see on screen as every screen is different.
• It is illegal to upload an image unless you have permission to use it. You are fully responsible for any legal action taken as a result of uploading an unsuitable image.
• Tim has an open mind, but reserves the right to refuse any image that he considers to be controversial or illegal. Production of a jigsaw does not imply any support for its content. In some cases, puzzles may be delivered in an unbranded box.
