Tracking details will be sent once your puzzle is dispatched.
Orders are processed on the 1st of each month. If you order after the 1st, you will have to wait until the next month to receive your first puzzle.
Can't wait? If you want to receive the current month's puzzle, get in touch and we will make it available to you at the subscription price.
Your first payment will be taken as soon as you checkout.
Pay Monthy: Subsequent payments will be taken monthly on the 1st of each month. You will not be charged a second time for your initial subscription.
Pre-Pay: Subsequent payments will be taken when your pre-paid period elapses and will be for the same amount of time (eg. if you paid for 12 months, at the end of that period you will be automatically charged for another 12 months). You can cancel your pre-paid subscription at any time without affecting the orders you have already paid for. Check your subscriber portal for exact payment dates.
Each month, we will send you a unique wooden jigsaw puzzle that matches the theme of your chosen subscription.
Your puzzle includes a magnetic book-style box so you can put your anthology on display! A spine label and reference image will also be included in the bottom of your box (we hide them there since some subscribers prefer to complete their puzzle without knowing what the image will be).
The exact design remains a closely guarded secret until the release date!
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of the processing date. Once you receive a shipping notification, usual transit times are 2-5 days for domestic mail and 1-3 weeks for international mail.
Tracking: Your shipping notification email will contain a tracking code. Please be aware that international orders may not be trackable during a sea transit, and will show as being at the departure port until possession is taken by the postal service in your country.
If your puzzle doesn't arrive in the stated timeframe, please let us know. We will attempt to trace it in the first instance and send a replacement at our discretion if it cannot be recovered.
If your puzzle is damaged in transit or you discover a missing piece, please send us a picture of the damage and we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Issues should be reported within 10 days of receiving your puzzle, otherwise we may charge for replacement pieces.
We want you to love your subscription! If you simply don't like one of the puzzles, let us know and we will do what we can to make it right. This usually involves refunding the non-shipping part of your monthly payment in the form of gift vouchers.
We will be sad to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your subscription it is as simple as logging into your account and clicking on view/manage subscriptions.
Please note that partial refunds are not availalable and you will continue to receive jigsaws until the end date of your paid subscription.
You can make changes by logging into your account and clicking on view/manage subscriptions.
You must select the individual subscription that you wish to update, not the default account address (although you may wish to update that as well). This is to enable customers to have multiple subscriptions using different details if they wish to do so.
Account management is best performed on a computer due to screen size, but is possible on mobile.

We ask that you wait until the 21st of each month to share your subscription puzzles. This ensures our international subscribers don't have the surprise spoilt by seeing the image before their puzzle has arrived.

Not currently. We already offer the deepest possible discounts when you use the Pay in Advance option.
Although it may seem strange, it is more cost effective for us to ship each subscription separately due to the discounts we receive for keeping packages under a certain weight. We regularly review shipping costs and will update this policy should anything change in the future.
