Returns
All puzzles are covered by our quality and enjoyment guarantee. In the event of any damage or missing pieces discovered within 14 days of delivery we will replace the puzzle at no cost or offer you a gift card alternative if you do not feel that a replacement is necessary. Unopened puzzles can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping. We do not accept returns for opened puzzles or custom orders.
