In order to bring you such high quality puzzles at these prices, we have to find as many efficiencies as possible. We therefore ask you to note the following important points before subscribing:
1 By making this purchase you are agreeing to a recurring charge at the interval you have selected. We do not offer partial refunds on advance payments. We may, at our discretion, offer a full refund on a payment if the first puzzle has not yet shipped.
2 Puzzles are shipped in bulk at the start of each month for efficiency purposes. We do not currently offer alternative processing/shipping dates or combining of subscriptions.
3 We do not routinely email our subscribers. Any important updates are published on the Subscriber News card that is included with your puzzle, and on social media. Please read them!
Your first order will ship with next month's release, shortly after the 1st.
Please note that this may result in a wait of up to 4 weeks between placing your initial order and receiving your first puzzle.
If you can't wait and want the current month's puzzle, please contact us after placing your order and we will do our best to help facilitate this.
Your first payment will be taken as soon as you checkout.
Pay Monthy: Subsequent payments will be taken monthly on the 1st of each month. You will not be charged twice for your first month.
Pre-Pay: Subsequent payments will be taken when your pre-paid period elapses and will be for the same amount of time (eg. if you paid for 12 months, at the end of that period you will be automatically charged for another 12 months). Please check your account for the next processing date. Remember, you can cancel any time before that date without affecting the deliveries you have already paid for.
To change your subscription, for example upgrading from Pay Monthly to Pay in Advance, simply cancel the current one and subscribe to the new one. You will not receive the same puzzle twice as the new order processes on the 1st of next month.
Each month we will send you a unique wooden jigsaw puzzle that matches the theme of your chosen subscription. Your puzzle includes a magnetic book-style box so you can put your anthology on display!
The exact design remains a closely guarded secret until the release date!
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of the processing date. Once you receive a shipping notification, usual transit times are 2-5 days for domestic mail and 1-3 weeks for international mail.
Tracking: Your shipping notification email will contain a tracking code. Please be aware that international orders may not be trackable during a sea transit, and will show as being at the departure port until possession is taken by the postal service in your country.
If your puzzle doesn't arrive in the stated timeframe, please let us know. We will attempt to trace it in the first instance and send a replacement at our discretion if it cannot be recovered.
If your puzzle is damaged in transit or you discover a missing piece, please send us a picture of the damage and we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Issues should be reported within 10 days of receiving your puzzle, otherwise we may charge for replacement pieces.
We want you to love your subscription! If you simply don't like one of the puzzles, let us know and we will do what we can to make it right. This usually involves a refund in the form of gift vouchers.
We will be sad to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your subscription it is as simple as logging into your account and clicking on view/manage subscriptions.
Please note that partial refunds are not available and you will continue to receive jigsaws until the end date of your paid subscription.
You can make changes by logging into your account and clicking on view/manage subscriptions.
You must select the individual subscription that you wish to update, not the default account address (although you may wish to update that as well). This is to enable customers to have multiple subscriptions using different details if they wish to do so.
Account management is best performed on a computer due to screen size, but is possible on mobile.
