We send you a puzzle of the style you have selected every month! The puzzle design remains a closely guarded secret until released each month.
By subscribing you enable us to produce puzzles in a more cost-effective manner, meaning we can pass the savings onto you in the form of the best value wooden jigsaws on the market!

Subscriptions: Usually shipped within 3 working days of the processing date. Normal transit times are 2-5 days for domestic mail and 1-3 weeks for international mail. You will receive an email with tracking information.
Customs: Please allow up to 30 days for production & delivery. Contact us in advance if your order is urgent and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Retail: Since or focus is on subscriptions, retail items are usually made to order. Please allow up to 14 days for production and delivery. For urgent requests, please contact us before ordering. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
If your puzzle doesn't arrive in the stated timeframe, please let us know. We will attempt to trace it in the first instance and send a replacement at our discretion if it cannot be recovered.
If your puzzle is damaged in transit or you discover a missing piece, please send us a picture of the damage and we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Issues should be reported within 10 days of receiving your puzzle, otherwise we may charge for replacement pieces.
We want you to love your puzzle! We are unable to refund opened retail and custom puzzles (unless damaged in transit) due to the potential for missing pieces, however we may offer store credit or gift vouchers at our discretion.
Subscription puzzles come with our enjoyment guarantee! If you don't like your puzzle, even if there is nothing wrong with it, just let us know and we will refund that month's subscription cost (minus shipping).
We will be sad to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your subscription it is as simple as logging into your account and clicking on view/manage subscriptions.
Please note that partial refunds are not availalable and you will continue to receive jigsaws until the end date of your paid subscription.

You must select the individual subscription that you wish to update, not the default account address (although you may wish to update that as well). This is to enable customers to have multiple subscriptions using different details if they wish to do so.
Account management is best performed on a computer due to screen size, but is possible on mobile.
